ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด ฮะเซ้งพาณิชย์ ก่อตั้งเมื่อปีพุทธศักราช 2494 มีที่ตั้งสำนักงานใหญ่อยู่บริเวณวงเวียนโอเดียน หัวถนนเยาวราช กรุงเทพฯ และมีคลังเก็บสินค้าอยู่ที่ซอยอรรถสิทธิ์ ถนนเทพารักษ์ กิโลเมตรที่ 3.5 และในปีพุทธศักราช 2565 ได้ย้ายที่ทำการสำนักงานใหญ่มารวมอยู่ที่คลังสินค้าเทพารักษ์
